01The platform and its purpose

BCC Business Hub is a not-for-profit platform owned by Bethel Christian Center, a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

The Hub facilitates community connections, business discovery, learning, careers and opportunities. Its not-for-profit purpose does not make every member business or transaction charitable. Church affiliation is not a guarantee of a listing or a member’s conduct.

02Accounts and responsible use

By using the Hub, you agree to these terms and the community standards. Provide accurate information, keep your account secure and act only for yourself or organisations you are authorised to represent. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised account access.

Do not impersonate others, abuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape private information, send spam or use the Hub for unlawful activity.

03Your content and permissions

You retain rights in content you submit. You give the Hub permission to store, format, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the service and according to its visibility settings. You must have permission for photos, trademarks, documents and other material you upload.

Do not post confidential or copyrighted material without authority. Report suspected infringement with the content link, details of your rights and a contact address. Editorial illustrations do not identify actual members unless expressly stated.

04Independent transactions and opportunities

Buyers, sellers, employers, applicants, mentors and programme organisers are responsible for their own arrangements. Confirm identity, suitability, eligibility, deadlines, prices, delivery, taxes and any refund terms directly with the relevant provider before committing.

The Hub is not automatically a contracting party, employer, recruitment agency, lender, insurer or guarantor. No payment, refund or donation facility should be assumed unless expressly offered with its own terms. Do not send recruitment fees, PINs or OTPs.

05Moderation and access

Content may be reviewed, declined, restricted or removed, and accounts may be suspended for safety, legal requirements or breaches of these terms. Business changes may remain pending until approved. Use the available report or appeal options, or contact the Hub if you dispute a decision.

Availability and features may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage of every submission; keep copies of important documents.

06Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the Hub does not guarantee third-party content, services or outcomes and is not responsible for losses caused by independent dealings or reliance on general information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Raise disputes with the relevant provider first and report safety concerns to the Hub. These terms are intended to operate under applicable Nigerian law, without overriding mandatory rights or the jurisdiction required by law.
