01Respect every person
Treat members with dignity. Harassment, threats, hateful content, discrimination, exploitation and unwanted sexual content are not acceptable. Do not use church affiliation to pressure others into a purchase, investment or disclosure.
02Be honest and accountable
Describe businesses, qualifications, vacancies, prices and opportunities accurately. Do not impersonate others, invent testimonials or manipulate ratings. Disclose relevant commercial relationships when recommending a provider.
03Trade and connect safely
No fraud, spam, unlawful goods, deceptive fundraising or unauthorised financial schemes. Never request bank PINs, passwords or OTPs. Check the counterparty and written terms before paying or signing.
04Protect privacy and creative rights
Share only information and media you have authority to share. Do not expose private messages, personal documents or someone else’s contact details without a lawful basis. Respect copyright and trademarks.
05Report concerns and appeal decisions
Use a listing’s report control where available or contact the Hub with the relevant link, a factual description and supporting details. For immediate danger or suspected crime, contact the appropriate authorities; the Hub is not an emergency service.
Staff may investigate, request corrections, remove content or restrict accounts. Use available appeal controls or contact the Hub to ask for a review. Please do not post sensitive evidence publicly.
