01Essential storage
The Hub uses browser storage and, where needed, cookies to maintain sign-in, protect sessions and provide requested features. Session storage helps manage navigation and avoid duplicate view counts. Local storage may retain an unfinished application so you can resume it on the same device.
Do not use a shared device for sensitive applications without clearing saved progress and signing out afterwards.
02Service analytics and external content
The Hub records certain service interactions, such as business-page views and enquiries, for operational insights. Hosting services may also process connection and usage information. This is distinct from advertising tracking.
Videos, Google sign-in and linked websites are provided by third parties and may process device information or use their own storage under their policies. Privacy-enhanced video links do not guarantee that third parties receive no information.
03Your controls
You can clear or block cookies and storage through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out, erase unsaved form progress or prevent features from working.
This page is information about storage, not a consent mechanism for optional tracking. If optional analytics or advertising tracking is introduced, appropriate choices should be provided before it is enabled where required by law.
